Frequently asked questions
How does Lumi Tree work?
Each LED is individually addressable, so the controller lights them in a pattern instead of all at once. Spread evenly down the front of the tree, those points of light form a picture you can see from across the room.
Is it hard to install?
No. Hook the star topper near the peak, let the spiral coil fall, spread it out and plug in the controller. Most people are done in under ten minutes, with no tools.
What designs can I choose from?
Santa Claus, Snowman, Reindeer, Elf, Candy Cane, Sleigh Ride, Christmas Tree, Teddy Bear, Aurora, Snowflake, Red Bow, Star Burst — and we keep adding more to the app so the tree never looks the same twice.
Will it fit my Christmas tree?
Lumi Tree fits trees from 5 ft to 12 ft tall. The flexible spiral coil adjusts to any tree shape — slim, full, or extra wide.
Can I use it every Christmas?
Yes. Coil it back into the box in January and it's ready again next Christmas. Built to last multiple seasons.
Is it safe around kids and pets?
Absolutely. Lumi Tree runs on low voltage (5V USB-C) and produces no heat. The wire is flexible and soft — safe for curious hands and paws.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–7 business days with full tracking.
Description
Hundreds of individually addressable LED pixels hang on even vertical strands down the front of your tree. Instead of blinking at random, every light knows exactly what to do — so the whole tree becomes one giant animated picture.
Open the Lumi Tree app, tap a design, and Santa appears across the branches. Tap again and he becomes a falling snowflake, then a reindeer, then a candy cane. 12+ animated designs, switched in a second, with a brightness slider for the mood you want.
Indoor use. Low voltage and safe around kids and pets. Coil it back into the box in January and it's ready again next Christmas.

How It Works
Hook the star topper near the peak of the tree, let the spiral coil fall and spread it evenly across the branches, then plug in the smart controller and connect it in the Lumi Tree app. Pick a design and the tree lights up. Most people are done in under ten minutes, with no tools.
